FAQ
How long does shipping take?Usually 7–14 business days to the US and Europe, with tracking. Full details are on the shipping page.
Which burner should I start with?If you are new to incense, start with the Discovery Set of sticks and a small electric burner. If you like watching smoke fall, start with a backflow burner.
Is this a subscription?Only the Solar Terms box. One-off orders are just one-off orders.
Can I cancel my Solar Terms box?Yes, any time, in one click from your account.
What payment methods do you accept?Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay at checkout.
Is incense safe around pets and children?Low-temperature electric burners are much gentler than lit charcoal or candles, but keep any burning incense out of reach and the room ventilated. Never leave it unattended.
Do you make custom blends for shops?We do, from 100 units. Write to us with the season, the mood and the price point you have in mind.
