We ship worldwide from our workshop, usually within 48 hours of your order.

Shipping

• United States & Canada — 7 to 12 business days. Tracked.
• United Kingdom & Europe — 8 to 14 business days. Tracked.
• Australia & New Zealand — 9 to 15 business days. Tracked.
• Asia — 4 to 8 business days. Tracked.

Free shipping on orders over $79. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Duties and taxes

Orders under the local de minimis are usually not taxed. Where customs duties apply, they are charged by the carrier on delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare every parcel accurately.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to begin updating.

Returns

• 30 days to request a return on unused items in original packaging.
• Damaged or wrong item — send us a photo within 7 days and we will replace it or refund in full. No return needed.
• Opened incense, powders and sealed blends cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was faulty.

Cancellations

Message us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full, as long as the parcel has not shipped.
